Organizations Admin Enhancements

The latest release of “The Sieve” application now includes The “Org Admin function. The Multi-user capability allows the organization Admin to invite users to create credentials, 

Organization Admin Enhancements include  :

• The new user receives a verification link via email and should access it within 48 hours.
  1. Individuals receiving an email invitation to join the Sieve will have 48 hours to accept the invite by clicking the join link contained in the email. If the invitee, tries to click on the email link contained in the email sent by the Organization Administrator after 48 hours, the invitee is redirected to the screen which has the following text: 
     • Request a new account activation link. Your account activation email has expired.
     • Be sure to check your spam folder for the email. The link is valid for 48 hours. Please verify your account to start searching on The Sieve today.
     • <Click here> if you didn’t receive an email from The Sieve. 
• The Org Admin will approve requests to join the organization made by individuals signing up for the Sieve.
  1. Once the petitioner selects an existing organization during registration and then confirms his/her email address, in the confirmation page that is displayed, the following message is displayed:
     • Thank you for signing up with The Sieve!
        You will receive an email confirmation after your organization’s administrator approves your enrollment.
     • The Org Admin receives an email, informing them about the new sign-up. 
  2. The Org Admin will use the 'Pending Approvals' screen where petitioner details are displayed with the 'Approve' and 'Decline' buttons. This screen will have all the details of the petitioner, which were filled up by them during their registration. None of these fields would be editable, except 'Role' and 'Reporting Manager'.
     • The Org Admin must choose values in the 'Role' and 'Reporting Manager' dropdowns and click 'Approve'. If the Org Admin clicks 'Approve', the user status is changed to 'Active' and an email will be sent to the user informing them that they can now actively use the system. 
• Decline organization joining requests from signed-up users.
  1. If the Org Admin clicks on the 'Decline' button the petitioner will be marked as partially registered and the organization details will be removed.
  2. An email is sent to the petitioner informing them about this decision. 
  3. The petitioner will NOT be able to log in to the application with their registered credentials.
  4. The petitioner will still be able to re-register using the same email address in a new organization or a different organization already using the Sieve.
• Resend invitation to users who have not yet accepted it.
  1. Org admin resends the invitation to users who have not yet accepted the last invite. This functionality is available only for Org Admins.
  2. In the 'Resend Invitation' screen, the users who are yet to join the system are displayed.
  3. Org Admin should be able to select single or multiple users by clicking in the checkbox.
  4. Once at least one user is selected, the 'Resend Invitation' button will become enabled.
• View the list of approval requests pending from the Org Admin side.
  1. In the 'Pending Approval' screen displayed in our app, the following information of all the 'signed up yet confirmation pending' users should be displayed:
     • First Name
     • Last Name
     • Phone Number
     • Email 
     • Title
• Reassign jobs, resumes, and saved sieves handled by one user to another user.
  1. The Org Admin may transfer all work items under one individual to another individual within the same organization.
