Evaluating a Specific Resume
Once your Job has been Sieved, you can drill down into each line. This allows you access to key information about the resume and you are able to see how the resume was scored based on the required and preferred criteria.
Below is a screenshot of a drill-down. Across the top is key summary information. On the left are the Job criteria and the impact on the final score. The resume is displayed to the right.
By clicking on one of the green criteria, you can see where that appears in the resume. Total Work Experience is shown at the top of the screen.
